Zen: A Trinitarian Critique  (1 page)

Zen Buddhism has become popular in the West largely due to the work of the Zen philosopher Suzuki Daisetsu. This essay offers a brief Christian critique of Zen Buddhism, at least as explained by Suzuki, upon the basis of the Christian doctrine of the Trinity. In addition to suggesting a Christian critique of Zen Buddhism, this essay is the beginning of a larger work on a distinctly Christian and Trinitarian approach to non-Christian religions.
